44 Consultants
(1) The Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Agency, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Agency. (2) The terms and conditions of engagement are to be determined by the Board. (3) A consultant is not to be engaged for a period extending beyond 30 June 1995.
