43 Employees
(1) The Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Agency, employ such persons as the Board considers necessary for the performance of the Agency's functions and the exercise of the Agency's powers. (2) An employee is to be employed on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Board. (3) An employee is not to be employed for a period extending beyond 30 June 1995.
