28 Appointment of Board members
(1) A person must not be appointed as a Board member for a term extending beyond 30 June 1995. (2) The Minister must not appoint a person as a Board member unless the Minister is satisfied that the person has qualifications relevant to, or special experience or interest in, the construction industry in Australia. (3) The appointment of a Board member is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the Board member's appointment.
