21 Functions and powers of the Board
(1) The Board's functions are to: (a) determine the Agency's policies; and (b) direct the Chief Executive Officer in the carrying out of the Agency's functions or the exercise of the Agency's powers. (2) The Board has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
