11 Meetings of the Council
(1) The Council must meet at least once every 12 months for the purpose of performing its functions. (2) A meeting of the Council must be convened by at least one of the Chairpersons. (3) The Chairpersons of the Council must preside jointly at a meeting of the Council at which they are present. (4) If only one Chairperson of the Council is present at a meeting of the Council, he or she must preside at that meeting. (5) In this section:
