76 Appointment of Registrar (1) The Board must appoint a person to be the Registrar for the Scheme. (2) The Registrar must be a person who: (a) is an employee within the meaning of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993; and (b) is made available to the Board with the agreement of the Commissioner for Public Employment.
