74 Prudential and other standards (1) The Regulations may make provision, consistent with this Act, about the prudential and other standards for the administration of the Scheme. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Regulations may specify: (a) the prudential and other standards that the Board must apply in administering the Scheme; and (b) the procedures for the monitoring or enforcement of those standards, including the appointment of persons to carry out the monitoring.
