71 Account keeping etc. (1) The Board must ensure that: (a) proper accounts and records of the Board's transactions and financial affairs are kept; and (b) there are adequate controls over the incurring of the Board's liabilities; and (c) all payments out of the Board's money are correctly made and properly authorised; and (d) adequate control is maintained over: (i) the Board's property; and (ii) property in the Board's custody, control or management. (2) The Treasurer may request the Board to provide the Treasurer with any information that the Treasurer reasonably requires to accurately assess the Board's financial position or financial affairs. (3) The Board must comply with the request.
