67 Direction by Minister (1) The Minister may give any direction to the Board about the exercise of any of its powers or the performance of any of its functions. (2) The Board must comply with the direction. (3) The Minister must table in the Legislative Assembly a copy of the direction within 6 sitting days after making the direction. (4) The annual report of the Board prepared under section 68 for a financial year must include a record of each direction given under subsection (1) in that year.
