61 Acting appointment (1) The Minister may appoint a person to act as a Board member if a Board member (the absent member) is absent or otherwise unable to perform the functions of the member. (2) However, the person appointed to act as a Board member must be a person who could otherwise be appointed to be a Board member under section 54(3A).
