23 Employee's obligation to provide information (1) The Registrar may, for the purposes of maintaining the Construction Workers Register, require a registered employee to provide the Registrar with any specified information about the employee's employment. (2) The employee must not, without reasonable excuse: (b) provide the Registrar with any information that is false or misleading in relation to that requirement.
