Constitutional Convention (Election) Act 2011 24 (2) After the issue of a declaration ballot paper by the authorised officer to a person: and unfolding the ballot paper, place it in the envelope on which the declaration mentioned in section 40(1)(c) or (2)(c) appears, seal the envelope and place it in a ballot box at the polling place; and
