166 Influencing Commission, Commissioner or officers (a) engages in conduct that is not authorised or permitted by this Act or another law in force in the Territory; and (b) does so with the intention of influencing the Commission, the Commissioner or an officer in exercising a power or performing a function under this Act. Maximum penalty: 400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
