156 Offences relating to supplying and obtaining ballot papers (1) A person must not supply a ballot paper unless the person is authorised to do so under this Act. (2) A person commits an offence if the person: (a) with the intention of obtaining a ballot paper, pretends to be someone else; and (b) is not entitled to obtain the ballot paper.
