sec.52 Definitions for div 2
In this division— commercial activities includes— commercial activities that are not within the ordinary functions of the State; and commercial activities of a competitive nature; and activities declared by an Act to be commercial activities; but does not include activities declared by an Act not to be commercial activities. State includes a public sector unit.
- (a) commercial activities that are not within the ordinary functions of the State; and
- (b) commercial activities of a competitive nature; and
- (c) activities declared by an Act to be commercial activities;
