sec.49 Length of appointment as member of Executive Council
The appointment of a person as a member of Executive Council ends only on the happening of either of the following— the person’s resignation as a member of Executive Council; the person’s removal as a member of Executive Council by the Governor.
- (a) the person’s resignation as a member of Executive Council;
- (b) the person’s removal as a member of Executive Council by the Governor.
