sec.38 Continued use of seal despite end of Sovereign’s reign
This section applies if the Sovereign’s reign ends and, immediately before the end of the reign, a seal for Queensland issued by the Sovereign is in existence. The seal, until a new seal is issued by the next Sovereign, may continue to be used as if the Sovereign’s reign had not ended. (sec.38-ssec.1) This section applies if the Sovereign’s reign ends and, immediately before the end of the reign, a seal for Queensland issued by the Sovereign is in existence. (sec.38-ssec.2) The seal, until a new seal is issued by the next Sovereign, may continue to be used as if the Sovereign’s reign had not ended.
