sec.20 Separate appropriation for Legislative Assembly
Legislation appropriating the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and the parliamentary service, including salaries payable under the Queensland Independent Remuneration Tribunal Act 2013 and the Parliamentary Service Act 1988 , is to be contained in a Bill separate from any other Bill about any appropriation for any other purpose. This section is to be read with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 . s 20 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 ; 2013 No. 32 s 75 (sec.20-ssec.1) Legislation appropriating the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and the parliamentary service, including salaries payable under the Queensland Independent Remuneration Tribunal Act 2013 and the Parliamentary Service Act 1988 , is to be contained in a Bill separate from any other Bill about any appropriation for any other purpose.
