#### 35 Regulations 35 Regulations > > (1) The Governor may make regulations not inconsistent with this Part prescribing all matters which are required to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Part. > > > (2) Form B, Form D, and Form E in the Second Schedule may, from time to time, be altered or modified by the regulations. > > > > If any of such forms is altered by the regulations any reference in this Part to that form shall be deemed to be a reference to that form as so altered. > > > (3) Where the time allowed to do any act is insufficient and an alteration or extension of such time and any alteration of dates consequent thereon is expedient, the regulations may declare that such alteration shall be made, and thereupon the same shall be made and take effect accordingly. > > > (4)–(6) (Repealed) > > **s 35:** Am 1978 No 45, Sch 1 (12); 1987 No 48, Sch 32.
