#### 20 Inspection of registers 20 Inspection of registers > > (1) A register shall be open to public inspection at the office of the Clerk required to compile and maintain the register between the hours of 10.00 am and 4 pm on any day except Saturday, Sunday or a day which is a public holiday throughout New South Wales. > > > (2) A register shall be open to inspection by Members at the office of the Clerk required to compile and maintain the register at any time the register is open for public inspection under subclause (1) and: > > > > > (a) in the case of the Register of Disclosures by Members of the Legislative Council—at any time the Legislative Council is sitting, or > > > > > (b) in the case of the Register of Disclosures by Members of the Legislative Assembly—at any time the Legislative Assembly is sitting.
