94G Electoral Boundaries There is to be in force at all times as part of the laws of Victoria an Act that provides for— (a) the constitution of an Electoral Boundaries Commission as specified in section 3 of the **Electoral Boundaries Commission Act 1982** as in force immediately before the commencement of section 19 of the **Constitution (Parliamentary Reform) Act 2003** or provisions substituted for that section 3 which have the same effect; and (b) the Electoral Boundaries Commission to have the function specified in section 5 of the **Electoral Boundaries Commission Act 1982** as in force immediately after the commencement of section 45 of the **Constitution (Parliamentary Reform) Act 2003** or provisions substituted for that section 5 which have the same effect; and (c) the Electoral Boundaries Commission to perform the function referred to in paragraph (b) in accordance with the factors specified in section 5 of the **Electoral Boundaries Commission Act 1982** as in force immediately after the commencement of section 45 of the **Constitution (Parliamentary Reform) Act 2003** or provisions substituted for that section 5 which have the same effect.
