94 Special appropriations for expenses of Executive Council, Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly (1) There shall be payable in every year to Her Majesty out of the Consolidated Fund (which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly)— S. 94(1)(a) amended by Nos 9087 s. 2, 9730 s. 2. (a) for the Clerk and expenses of the Executive Council a sum not exceeding $50 000; S. 94(1)(b) amended by No. 20/2005 s. 36(1)(a). (b) for the Clerk of the Parliaments the sum of $2000; S. 94(1)(c) amended by No. 20/2005 s. 36(1)(b). (c) for the Clerk and expenses of the Council a sum not exceeding $200 000; and S. 94(1)(d) amended by No. 20/2005 s. 36(1)(c). (d) for the Clerk and expenses of the Assembly a sum not exceeding $550 000. S. 94(2) amended by Nos 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 30/2025 s. 24. (2) The said sums shall be issued by the Minister administering Part 7 of the **Financial Management Act 1994**. S. 94(3) amended by No. 8834 s. 3(a), repealed by No. 20/2005 s. 36(2).
