92 Power to appropriate Consolidated Revenue The Consolidated Revenue arising from taxes duties rates and imposts levied by virtue of an Act and from the disposal of the waste lands of the Crown under any such Act made in pursuance of the authority herein contained shall be subject to be appropriated to such specific purposes as by any Act shall be provided in that behalf.
