81J Transitional provision—Courts Legislation Amendment (Judicial Officers) Act 2013 A reserve Judge currently engaged by the Attorney-General under section 81B as in force immediately before the amendment of that section by the **Courts Legislation Amendment (Judicial Officers) Act 2013** is taken to have been engaged by the Chief Justice under section 81B as amended by that Act and his or her engagement continues and has effect accordingly.
