46 Vacation of seat If a member of the Council or the Assembly— (a) ceases to be qualified to be elected a member of the Council or the Assembly; or (b) fails to attend the Council or the Assembly without the permission of the Council or the Assembly (as the case may be) for one entire session— his seat in the Council or the Assembly shall become vacant. No. 6224 s. 48.
