#### 50A Definitions: Part 7 50A Definitions: Part 7 > In this Part— > > administrative arrangements order means an order made by the Governor under this Part. > > administrative change means— > > > (a) the fact of there ceasing to be a Minister, a Public Service agency or a Public Service employee of a particular description, or > > > (b) the transfer of the administration of an Act, or any portion or aspect of an Act, from a Minister to another Minister, or > > > (c) the transfer of a function from a Minister, Public Service agency or Public Service employee to another Minister, Public Service agency or Public Service employee, respectively. > > description includes title. > > Public Service agency means a Department or other agency of the Public Service, and includes— > > > (a) any part of a Department or other agency of the Public Service, and > > > (b) that part of the NSW Police Force comprising administrative officers under the [Police Act 1990](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1990-047), and > > > (c) the Transport Service of New South Wales or any part of that Service. > > Public Service employee means a person employed in a Public Service agency. > > reference to a Minister, Public Service agency or Public Service employee includes a reference that (by or under any Act) is to be construed or treated as a reference to that Minister, agency or employee. > > **ss 50A–50C:** Ins 2013 No 40, Sch 6.2 \[4\].
