67J Construction of conditions in leases under section 121 of the Land Act 1958 If a lease granted by the Minister or a person authorised by the Minister under section 121 of the **Land Act 1958** applied to land included in the Parks Victoria land record immediately before the inclusion of the land in the record, on the inclusion of the land in the record any reference in the lease to directions issued by the Secretary is taken to be a reference to directions issued by Parks Victoria.
