61 Authority entitled to costs and expenses S. 61(1) amended by No. 67/2013 s. 649(Sch. 9 item 4 (9)(a)(b)). (1) Where the Authority represents the Crown in any proceeding under this Act the Authority shall be entitled to such amounts as the County Court thinks proper for its costs and expenses. S. 61(2) amended by No. 67/2013 s. 649(Sch. 9 item 4(9)). (2) Any amount paid to the Authority from the Consolidated Fund for its costs and expenses in proceedings before the County Court is to be paid upon the certificate of the County Court and is to be paid by the Authority into the WorkCover Authority Fund.
