59 Jurisdiction of County Court Where any question or matter arises under section 58(1) or (2), the County Court has under this Act exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine the question or matter as if it arose under the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** or the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013**, as the case requires, and those Acts apply with the necessary adaptations and modifications.
