40B Determination to be published The Minister must— (a) publish a copy of a determination under section 40A in the Government Gazette; and (b) cause a notice that a determination has been made under section 40A to be published in a newspaper circulating generally within the State. S. 40C inserted by No. 24/2024 s. 16.
