2 The *Financial Management (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2009* r. 4 reads as follows: 4. Transitional provision for Barrow Island Trust Account Barrow Island Net Conservation Benefit Account means the account of that name established as an agency special purpose account under the *Financial Management Act 2006* section 16 in accordance with the *Conservation and Land Management Act 1984* section 69(1); Barrow Island Trust Account means the account referred to in the *Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002* Part 7A immediately before the commencement of regulation 3. (2) Any money standing to the credit of the Barrow Island Trust Account immediately before the commencement of regulation 3 is to be transferred to the Barrow Island Net Conservation Benefit Account.
