9 The *Conservation and Land Management Amendment Act 1992* s. 18 reads as follows: 18. Validation Every contract entered into by the Executive Director before the commencement of this Act that would have been lawful if the amendments to the principal Act effected by this Act had been in force at the time when it was entered into is declared to have been lawfully entered into and any act or thing done under such a contract is declared to have been lawfully done.
