10 The *Conservation and Land Management Amendment Act 1993* s. 10 reads as follows: 10. Validity of past acts Anything done under the principal Act before the commencement of this Act is declared to be and to have always been as valid and effective as it would have been if, at the time when it was done, this Act had come into operation. 11 The amendments in section 15(1)(a) and (9) do not have effect because the relevant provisions were amended by the *Acts Amendment (Marine Reserves) Act 1997.* 12 The *Conservation and Land Management Amendment Act 2000* s. 5 was repealed by the *Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act 2003* s. 39(11).
