#### 82 Cancellation of registration 82 Cancellation of registration > > (1) The registration of an interstate forfeiture order, interstate crime related property declaration or interstate restraining order may be cancelled by the Supreme Court if— > > > > > (a) the registration was improperly obtained, or > > > > > (b) the order or declaration ceases to be in force in the State in which it was made. > > > (2) An application for cancellation of the registration of an order or declaration may be made by the person on whose application the order or declaration was made, by an appropriate officer or by a person affected by the order or declaration. > > **s 82:** Am 2005 No 73, Sch 1 \[89\] \[90\].
