#### 81 Duration of registration 81 Duration of registration > If— > > > (a) an interstate forfeiture order, interstate crime related property declaration or interstate restraining order is registered under this Act, and > > > (b) the order or declaration ceases to be in force in the State in which it was made, > > the registered order or declaration continues to be enforceable in New South Wales (as if the order or declaration were still in force in the State in which it was made) until the registration is cancelled under section 82. > > **s 81:** Am 2005 No 73, Sch 1 \[87\] \[88\].
