#### 65 Powers to search for, and seize, documents relevant to locating etc property 65 Powers to search for, and seize, documents relevant to locating etc property > An authorised officer may— > > > (a) enter premises, and > > > (b) search the premises for any property-tracking document in relation to a serious offence, and > > > (c) seize any document found in the course of the search that the authorised officer believes, on reasonable grounds, to be a property-tracking document in relation to a serious offence, > > but only if the entry, search or seizure is made— > > > (d) with the consent of the occupier of the premises, or > > > (e) under a warrant issued under section 67.
