51 Hindering or obstructing NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police
(1) A person must not hinder or obstruct the NSW Trustee and Guardian or the Commissioner of Police in the performance of their obligations under a restraining order or freezing notice.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
(2) In this section—
NSW Trustee and Guardian includes staff and agents of the NSW Trustee and Guardian.
