98I Unexplained wealth orders—enforceable as judgment
debt
The amount ordered to be paid by a relevant court under an
unexplained wealth order is a judgment debt owing to the Territory.
Note Any restrained property is automatically charged with the amount of the
unexplained wealth order, and may be sold to satisfy the order (see
s 98G).
