87 Penalty orders—contents
(1) A penalty order must state—
(a) the amount of the penalty payable under the order; and
(b) the person by whom the penalty is payable.
(2) A failure by a relevant court to comply with this section does not
invalidate the penalty order or any action by anyone to satisfy the
penalty order.
