84 Penalty orders—offenders convicted of ordinary offences
(1) On application under section 83, the relevant court must make an
order under this section for the payment by the offender of the value
of benefits derived by the offender from the commission of an
ordinary offence if satisfied that—
(a) the offender has been convicted of the offence or a related
ordinary offence; and
(b) the offender has not been cleared of the offence of which the
offender was convicted.
(2) To remove any doubt, a relevant court may make an order under this
section that relates only to artistic profits.
