73 When property is subject to forfeiture
For this Act, property is subject to forfeiture if—
(a) a forfeiture order made under this Act applies to the property
and the property has not been forfeited; or
(b) an automatic forfeiture under this Act applies to the property and
the property has not been forfeited.
