68 Civil forfeiture orders—forfeiture
(1) The property to which the civil forfeiture order applies is forfeited to
the Territory at the end of 14 days after the day the order is made,
except so far as the property is excluded from forfeiture under an
exclusion order.
(2) However, if an application for an exclusion order in relation to the
