66 Civil forfeiture orders—application (1) The DPP may apply to a relevant court for a civil forfeiture order for the forfeiture to the Territory of property restrained in relation to the commission (or the alleged commission) of a serious offence. (2) The application may be made— (a) at the same time as, or after, an application for a restraining order in relation to the offence; or (b) if a restraining order is in force in relation to the offence.
