64 Artistic profits and unclaimed tainted property— non-application of div 5.4 This division does not apply to property restrained under— (a) an artistic profits restraining order; or (b) an unclaimed tainted property restraining order. Note 1 An artistic profits restraining order is made solely to preserve property to satisfy a penalty order for artistic profits in relation to an offence (see s 20). Note 2 Unclaimed tainted property is forfeitable under div 5.3.
