59 Automatic forfeiture—court order declaring property automatically forfeited (1) The DPP may apply to a relevant court for an order declaring that property has been automatically forfeited under this division. (2) If the relevant court is satisfied that the property has been automatically forfeited under this division, the court must make the order and state in the order the property to which it applies. (3) The registrar of the relevant court may exercise the functions of the court for this section.
