56 When conviction forfeiture order ends
(1) A conviction forfeiture order ends if—
(a) the offender is cleared of the offence to which the order relates,
and all related offences (if any); or
(b) the order is reversed or set aside on appeal; or
(c) the order is fully satisfied.
(2) The order is satisfied for a particular interest in forfeited property if
the interest is bought back under section 127 (Buyback orders—
buying interest in property).
