51 Penalty orders—execution against restrained property (1) A restraining order over the property of a person does not prevent the levying of execution against the property, entirely or in part, in satisfaction of a penalty order in force against the person. (2) However, the property must not be disposed of, or otherwise dealt with, except in accordance with an order of a relevant court under section 39 (1) (Additional orders about restraining orders and restrained property).
