46 When unclaimed tainted property restraining order ends
(1) An unclaimed tainted property restraining order over property ends
if—
(a) the restraining order stops applying to the property in
accordance with an order under this Act (for example, an
exclusion order); or
(b) the automatic forfeiture of the property is fully satisfied.
(2) If a person claims an interest in the property to which the unclaimed
tainted property restraining order applies, the order does not cease to
be an unclaimed tainted property restraining order, or cease to apply
to the property, only because of the making of the claim.
(3) The relevant court may, on the application of the DPP while the order
is in force, order that the restraining order is to end earlier than
otherwise provided for by this section.
