34 Restraining orders—notice of making
(1) If a court makes a restraining order over property, the DPP must give
a copy of the order to—
(a) for an unclaimed tainted property restraining order—anyone the
DPP suspects may have an interest in the property; and
(b) for any other restraining order—the owner of the restrained
property and anyone else the DPP suspects may have an interest
in the property.
(2) A relevant court may order the DPP to—
(a) give a copy of a restraining order, the application for the order
or the supporting affidavit to anyone and may give directions
about how any document is to be given to the person; or
(b) give notice of the order to anyone and may give directions about
how the notice is to be given.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) have effect subject to any direction of the
court under section 35.
