258A Review of unexplained wealth provisions (1) The Minister must— (a) review the operation and effectiveness of the unexplained wealth provisions of this Act and any other territory law relating to the provisions, as soon as practicable after 3 August 2025; and (b) present a report of the review to the Legislative Assembly by (2) This section expires on 3 August 2027.
